At Pandora International Market Place located in Honolulu, HI, the company is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join their full-time retail team. This critical role supports the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving store success. The ASM is expected to be an ultimate Pandora fan, deeply immersed in the brand culture and passionate about the products. Working alongside the sales team, the ASM spends quality time on the sales floor, engaging customers and contributing to meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires embracing the sales culture with passion, coaching and inspiring team members, and ensuring operational excellence in the store. The Assistant Store Manager is a key figure in creating memorable shopping moments, building brand loyalty, and mentoring team members to meet performance goals.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $20.85 to $26.05 per hour, commensurate with experience. Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • proof of identity and eligibility to work

  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • effective delegation abilities

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong business acumen with analytical thinking
  • proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems
  • ability to coach and mentor team members
  • passion for the brand and customer service
