Job Requirements

  • prior retail or assistant manager experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in retail management or similar leadership role

  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • assist store manager in achieving store sales targets and financial goals
  • manage merchandise and inventory control
  • ensure operational and administrative excellence
  • provide training and coaching to store team members
  • monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
  • motivate and develop employees to maximize performance
  • act as brand ambassador by resolving customer service issues
