Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of management experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and develop teams effectively
Knowledge of shrink control and inventory management
Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one
Ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification
Availability for open shifts
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Must maintain a consistent, predictable attendance record

Job Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
A strong drive for results and solid work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of shrink controls, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
Demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing cross-functional teams and training team members
Knowledge of store operations, membership, front-line, gas station, tire bay, maintenance, receiving, and omni procedures
Completion of company training program preferred
High school diploma and/or college degree preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
Forklift operator required
Open shift availability required
At least 18 years of age
