Job Duties
- drive sales, services and customer engagement in the store
- ensure the store is ready for business
- establish customer relationships that build loyalty
- provide total solutions to meet customer needs
- guide team in being positive, inclusive, and collaborative
- develop high-performing team through coaching, training, and role playing
- attain sales and services goals, profit margin and execution of store operations
- establish business cadence for sales readiness
- provide direction for merchandising opportunities
- assist with delegating operational tasks with the General Manager
- share responsibility for store operations and cost control
- act as Floor Leader
- champion company initiatives and adapt to change
