Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least 44 hours per week
- at least 18 years of age
- reliable transportation
- physical dexterity to move up to 25lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of quick service restaurant experience
- managerial experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication skills

- ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Exceeding customer expectations in regards to service and store cleanliness
- supervising all financial aspects of food cost and labor goals for the shift and measured periods
- preparing and following labor schedules and product projections
- training, supervising, and motivating crew members
- preparations of products and maintaining quality to meet Jimmy John's brand standards
- monitoring and use of all store service equipment
