Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- support daily restaurant operations including speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality
- lead and support team members during shifts by coaching in real time
- help train new hires and reinforce Jimmy John’s standards and systems
- maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste
- handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience
- step in wherever needed as this is a hands-on leadership role
