Job Duties
- Assist in management of store operations and staff
- Act as a role model for all subordinates
- Run the store on General Manager's days off
- Supervise and participate in product preparation ensuring efficiency and quality
- Support cashier and counter staff during peak periods to maintain preparation times
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily paperwork
- Manage accurate and timely cash handling, cashier transactions, store safe, and bank deposits
- Participate in analysis of food and labor costs
