Job Description
TitleMax is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies, providing cash through title loans/pawns and personal loans in select states. With over 800 locations across 13 states, TitleMax has been assisting customers since 1998.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- at least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office
- must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- background check required
- ability to meet physical demands of the position including stationary position, moving up to 25 pounds, and use of mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
