The role of Assistant Restaurant Leader, also referred to as Assistant Manager, is a pivotal position within the 7-Eleven corporate store located at 1495 E Wilson St, Batavia, Illinois. The Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a crucial role in supporting the management team by providing leadership and supervision to restaurant employees, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining compliance with company standards and health regulations. Physical stamina is also important for this role as multitasking, repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds are common job requirements. The preferred candidate will have a high school diploma or GED; however, this is not mandatory for applicants with at least one year of restaurant management experience. - ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies procedures and health department standards
- strength in ensuring proper preparation presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
- demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft products preferred Word Excel
