The role of Assistant Restaurant Leader, also referred to as Assistant Manager, is a pivotal position within the 7-Eleven corporate store located at 1495 E Wilson St, Batavia, Illinois. This full-time role offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $15.00 to $21.00, with immediate hiring opportunities. The Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a crucial role in supporting the management team by providing leadership and supervision to restaurant employees, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining compliance with company standards and health regulations.
