As a Retail Assistant Manager at 7-Eleven, you will be part of a dedicated management team focused on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring store operations run smoothly. Job Requirements

Previous supervisory experience
Ability to oversee customer service leadership and staff training
Competency in cash handling and promoting loyalty programs
Ability to maintain store presentation and safety standards
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft products
High school diploma or GED preferred or one year retail management experience
Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
Competently handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the company's loyalty program
Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and products are in stock
Communicate effectively with excellent oral and written skills
Utilize computer knowledge to manage store operations, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel
Perform necessary physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
