Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commitment to maintaining health and sanitation standards
  • Availability to work full-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of retail management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Experience with cash handling and fuel transactions

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety by complying with health and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain product stock and store presentation
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Utilize computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
