Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership training and coaching
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain employee retention and productivity
- Competency in merchandising and marketing program implementation
- Proficient in cash handling and fuel transaction processing
- Ability to maintain health and sanitation standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or minimum one year retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
- Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or retail management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and intrapersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
- Experience with cash handling and transaction management
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Store Leader
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders
- Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
- Manage cash handling and fuel transactions
- Promote the company loyalty program
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety by complying with health and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Perform various physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
