Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to maintain high employee retention and develop leaders
  • Ability to assist in merchandising and marketing
  • Competency in cash handling and fuel transactions
  • Ability to comply with all health and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in retail or related environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience
  • Valid Driver's License with automotive liability insurance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the company loyalty program
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure store presentation and product availability
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Use computer applications proficiently for store operations and reporting
