7-Eleven is currently seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. The Retail Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the Store Leader to oversee daily operations, focusing on customer service leadership, staff development, and store maintenance. The role demands a hands-on leader who can coach and train employees, help implement merchandising and marketing initiatives, and manage cash and fuel transactions efficiently. Maintaining a clean and safe store environment is a critical responsibility, with strict adherence to health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is always presentable and stocked. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and an ability to multi-task effectively while performing physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of retail management experience will also be considered. Additionally, a valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance are required as part of the role's criteria.

  • ability to maintain a clean and safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient computer knowledge preferably Microsoft products Word and Excel
  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience
  • valid driver's license and maintained automotive liability insurance
  • ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
