Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
- Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
- Competency in cash handling fuel transactions and promoting loyalty programs
- Ability to maintain a clean safe environment complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and stocked
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multitask perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
