The Retail Assistant Manager role at 7-Eleven is built for individuals who are passionate about working as part of a management team and have prior supervisory experience. This position, also referred to as an Assistant Store Leader Trainee role, is an immediate hiring opportunity focused on the future success and growth of its employees. The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store standards, and drive team performance. This role involves overseeing employee training, coaching, and development to ensure that the frontline team is effectively empowered and motivated to deliver great service. The Assistant Manager will assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs, promoting store initiatives to boost sales, and ensuring that operational processes, including cash handling and fuel transactions, are executed flawlessly.

Job Requirements
