Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail management experience
- Valid Driver's License from state of residence
- Maintain automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer usage including Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
- Handle cash transactions, fuel purchases, and promote the customer loyalty program
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and compliant with health and sanitation procedures
- Maintain product stock levels and store presentation
- Communicate effectively with employees and customers
