Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change
- Competence in reading and interpreting operational and maintenance documentation
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, with physical capability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in restaurant or retail settings
- Proficient in computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to foodservice operations
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes and improve operations
- Read and interpret operational documents such as maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support staffing efforts and schedule management for restaurant employees
- Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions throughout the restaurant
