Job Requirements

Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change
Competence in reading and interpreting operational and maintenance documentation
Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year restaurant management experience
Ability to multitask, with physical capability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year restaurant management experience
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in restaurant or retail settings
Proficient in computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Ability to interpret and apply operating and maintenance instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to foodservice operations

Job Duties

Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes and improve operations
Read and interpret operational documents such as maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Support staffing efforts and schedule management for restaurant employees
Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions throughout the restaurant
