Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance and operations manuals
- Willingness and ability to provide leadership, training, and coaching
- Commitment to uphold health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong ability to multitask and manage physical demands
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply operational documents
- Experience in customer service and foodservice operations
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operational and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in managing store condition and employee performance
- Support daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
