Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
  • valid driver’s license from state of residence with automotive liability insurance
  • ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • demonstrated strength in maintaining high employee retention and productivity
  • competency in cash handling and fuel transactions
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • proficiency in computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to oversee and coach employees alongside the Store Leader

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
  • maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
  • maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and all products are in-stock
  • communicate effectively through excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • use proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
