Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
  • Automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of retail management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with cash handling and fuel transaction processes

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and stocked
  • Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written skills
  • Utilize computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, to perform store and administrative tasks
