Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
- Automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and stocked
- Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written skills
- Utilize computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, to perform store and administrative tasks
