The Assistant Restaurant Leader role at the Dayton, Ohio Speedway store is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy being part of a management team and have prior supervisory experience. This position focuses on supporting the restaurant by overseeing customer service leadership, training, and coaching the restaurant team alongside the Restaurant Leader. The assistant manager also utilizes profit and loss and store reports to make strategic changes that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
