This job opportunity is for the position of Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) at the 7-Eleven location in East Hampton, Virginia. In this full-time role, you will be part of a dedicated management team focused on delivering exceptional customer service while handling store operations. The Assistant Store Leader supports the Store Leader in overseeing daily activities including merchandising and marketing program implementation, cash handling and fuel transaction accuracy, and promoting the 7-Eleven loyalty program. This role requires collaboration with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment that complies with all health and sanitation standards. It also demands strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic retail setting.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has supervisory or retail management experience and a passion for leading teams. A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for those with at least one year of retail management experience. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance are also required for this role.
