Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
- Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
- Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program
- Demonstrated ability maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and stocked
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license from the state of residence and automotive liability insurance during employment
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or retail management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and handle physical requirements such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience
Job Duties
