Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
  • Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program
  • Demonstrated ability maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and stocked
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license from the state of residence and automotive liability insurance during employment
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical requirements such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience

Job Duties
