Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
- Ability to maintain restaurant compliance with company and health standards
- Experience ensuring quality food preparation and presentation
- Ability to analyze and use P&L and store reports for change management
- Ability to read and interpret documents like operating and maintenance manuals
- Proficient computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret operational documents and procedures
- Strong multitasking and physical capability including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant adherence to company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Utilize Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operational management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
