Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
  • Ability to maintain restaurant compliance with company and health standards
  • Experience ensuring quality food preparation and presentation
  • Ability to analyze and use P&L and store reports for change management
  • Ability to read and interpret documents like operating and maintenance manuals
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret operational documents and procedures
  • Strong multitasking and physical capability including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant adherence to company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Utilize Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operational management
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
