Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to provide prompt and courteous food service
- commitment to cleanliness and safety
- capability to handle cash transactions accurately
- willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- no prior experience required but cashier, customer service, retail sales or foodservice experience is beneficial
- strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- knowledge of health code compliance
- excellent cash handling and suggestive selling skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- good physical stamina to perform job duties
Job Duties
- provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests
- ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- maintain a clean, safe environment ensuring the store is customer ready
- follow proper health code guidelines
- handle cashier duties including cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
- promote the loyalty rewards program to customers
- perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
