Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Demonstrated strength in employee retention and productivity
- Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with sufficient retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail management experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with cash handling and fuel transactions
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader
- Maintain high retention by focusing on recruiting qualified applicants and developing leaders
- Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety by complying with health and sanitation standards
- Maintain in-stock product levels and store presentation
- Communicate effectively through oral and written means with team and customers
