Job Requirements

Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
Demonstrated strength in employee retention and productivity
Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment
Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with sufficient retail management experience
Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of retail management experience
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience with cash handling and fuel transactions

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader
Maintain high retention by focusing on recruiting qualified applicants and developing leaders
Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
Ensure store cleanliness and safety by complying with health and sanitation standards
Maintain in-stock product levels and store presentation
Communicate effectively through oral and written means with team and customers
