Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Demonstrated strength in employee retention and productivity
  • Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with sufficient retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of retail management experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience with cash handling and fuel transactions

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader
  • Maintain high retention by focusing on recruiting qualified applicants and developing leaders
  • Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety by complying with health and sanitation standards
  • Maintain in-stock product levels and store presentation
  • Communicate effectively through oral and written means with team and customers
