Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention through identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and empowering employees
  • Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
  • Competency in cash handling and fuel transactions
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe store environment following health and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in retail or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance during course of employment

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately and promote the store's loyalty program
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant store environment by following health and sanitation procedures and keeping products in stock
  • Communicate effectively using excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to support store operations
