Job Requirements

Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention through identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and empowering employees
Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
Competency in cash handling and fuel transactions
Ability to maintain a clean and safe store environment following health and sanitation procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year retail management experience
Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
Previous supervisory experience in retail or a related field
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance during course of employment

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately and promote the store's loyalty program
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant store environment by following health and sanitation procedures and keeping products in stock
Communicate effectively using excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to support store operations
