The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has prior experience in department or service management within retail, brings a thorough understanding of store operations, and is committed to supporting a healthy and inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to grow within a reputable company known for its strong ethical standards and dedication to excellence in retail management.
