Proficiency in operating transactional equipment such as cash registers, electronic safes, and credit card systems is essential for efficient sales processing. In addition, the role entails use and upkeep of food service equipment, addressing customer and staff needs, and communicating effectively with the Station Manager or Business Consultant regarding operational matters. The Assistant Station Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards and facilitate the use of personal protective equipment among station personnel.

This position requires flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays to meet business demands. Candidates must be prepared to work in a physically active environment with duties such as walking, standing, bending, lifting, and safe handling of equipment and chemicals. It is essential that applicants have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience in retail or food service settings. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and age requirements vary by location, with management roles requiring candidates to be at least 21 years old.

Chevron Stations Inc offers a competitive compensation range from $21.60 to $32.40 hourly, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include full-time and part-time shifts, direct deposit with competitive weekly pay, health and wellness packages, education reimbursement programs, shift differential pay, management bonuses, loyalty service programs, and commuter benefits. CSI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
