The role of the Assistant Starbucks Lead is pivotal to the success of Buehler's Starbucks operations, where specialty coffee and beverage preparation meet exceptional customer experiences. This position involves supervising the Starbucks Barista team, ensuring they prepare and serve high-quality specialty drinks according to established production procedures. The Assistant Lead is also responsible for various operational aspects, including maximizing profitability through effective expense control, ordering, inventory management (shrink control), and efficient beverage production. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach, blending strong customer service skills with operational efficiency and team collaboration.
On any given day, the Assistant Starbucks Lead oversees the preparation and serving of a wide range of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas. Job Duties
