Leadership and supervisory duties are paramount, as the manager ensures that employees perform their duties productively, adhere to performance expectations, and sustain a safe and clean workplace. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting performance appraisals, and participating in employee recognition initiatives. Effective communication skills are essential, as the manager must handle employee concerns, enforce loss prevention policies, report equipment malfunctions, and encourage teamwork and cooperation among staff.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of the Culinary Manager’s duties. This role requires providing superior guest services, addressing customer complaints, and empowering employees to uphold service standards. This blend of education and practical exposure equips the Culinary Manager with the expertise needed to excel in a dynamic kitchen environment.
