This position is a management role located at the JW Marriott property at 6580 Fannin St, Houston, Texas. It is a full-time role with an hourly pay range between $26.54 and $28.85, with eligibility for bonuses. The position is integral to the daily operations within the kitchen, focusing on leading and assisting the culinary team to meet and exceed operational standards. As a culinary management professional, you will ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently, safely, and within budget while maintaining high-quality food production and outstanding guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, including personally assisting in food production, managing purchasing activities, and overseeing sanitation standards. Job Requirements
