Their commitment to innovation, excellence, and people-centered service has established them as a trusted name in the hospitality industry. This description focuses on their luxury dining venue, Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn, located on the iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. This exclusive restaurant is a collaboration between Dior's legendary haute couture legacy and Dominique Crenn, a three-Michelin-starred chef recognized for her artistic culinary craftsmanship. Monsieur Dior offers an à la carte menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients and artistic presentations tied to influential fashion moments and cultural references. It is known for providing guests with an elegant, high-end dining experience where attention to detail and creativity are paramount.

This role is essential in maintaining the flow of service, ensuring that food is expedited efficiently from the kitchen to guests, and responding to the dynamic needs of a fine dining environment. The position offers an hourly wage starting at $17.87, exclusive of tipped earnings, which means the actual income may be higher depending on guest gratuities. Delaware North invests in its employees by providing training opportunities and mentorship programs designed to help team members advance their skills and careers. Assistant Servers will work closely with Captains and other staff to uphold the restaurant's world-class service standards. Key responsibilities include delivering water and beverage service, executing table-side presentations with grace, maintaining thorough knowledge of menu offerings and allergens, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in service areas. The role requires agility, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate guest needs promptly and professionally. Working at Monsieur Dior places employees at the heart of a luxury hospitality experience, embodying the core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence. The company culture fosters a supportive environment where team members are encouraged to grow personally and professionally, becoming brand ambassadors who represent elegance and innovation. Eligible employees gain access to comprehensive benefits that contribute to their well-being, such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company matches, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and support for tuition or professional certifications. This role demands availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the high-touch hospitality industry. Those hired will need to thrive under physical demands including standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and navigating a fast-paced restaurant setting. Delaware North embraces diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunity for all applicants without discrimination. This opportunity offers a unique pathway into luxury hospitality, inviting passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join a historic company dedicated to shaping the future of hospitality.
