Job Duties
- Call, text and email incoming leads, previously sold, and recently sold customers in accordance with company guidelines
- follow up maintaining professionalism in pursuit of referrals for appointments and sales
- attract people to the store through development and maintenance of a referral network and proactively prospect potential customers
- meet and greet customers, help them select a vehicle and test drive vehicles with customers
- present financial options and close sales once manager approval has been obtained
- complete the documentation process to fully complete the sale
- explain to customers the key features and benefits of their new vehicle ensuring complete satisfaction
- provide outstanding customer service before, during and after the sale
- follow and perform any and all other duties as assigned by management
