The Assistant Route Service Sales Representative position is a vital role within Cintas, supporting the company’s service and rental operations. This full-time, first-shift role is a hands-on opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and physical work. The primary responsibility is to provide consistent route service to a set customer base. This involves the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products like floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products. On a typical day, the Assistant RSSR is expected to lift, carry, and walk clean products into customer accounts and remove soiled products, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.

Candidates must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as the job involves driving company-owned vehicles, sometimes weighing over 10,000 pounds, between multiple customer stops. Licensing, age requirements, and medical certification must be completed prior to starting. The role offers a schedule primarily on weekdays with no weekend work, promoting a good work-life balance. Compensation ranges from $19.80 to $24.75 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
