Job Requirements
- Active driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment
- Provide documentation of previous employment
- Meet physical requirements of the role
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or military service
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and a service spirit
- Compliance with all DOT requirements for operating regulated vehicles
Job Duties
- Provide route service to a set customer base including pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility service products
- Lift, carry, and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts
- Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from multiple customer stops throughout the day
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with clients
- Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for driving a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
- Adhere to company safety standards and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet route and sales goals
