Job Description

Cintas Corporation is a leading provider of corporate identity uniforms and related business services. Founded with a commitment to helping businesses maintain a clean and professional appearance, Cintas serves more than one million customers across a wide range of industries, offering tailored products and services designed to meet the unique needs of each client. With its headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cintas is a publicly held Fortune 500 company listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol CTAS. The company prides itself on its innovation, customer service, and comprehensive solutions that include uniforms, floor mats, cleaning supplies, safety products, and fire protection services. Cintas is among the largest and most trusted providers in its industry, supporting businesses in maintaining safe and attractive workspaces every day.

Cintas is currently seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to join their Rental organization on a full-time, first shift schedule. This regular employment position offers a dynamic role for motivated individuals interested in a career that combines customer service, physical activity, and route sales within an established and growing company. The Assistant Route Service Sales Representative will be responsible for providing excellent route service to a designated customer base through the timely pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility service products. These products include floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary items critical to maintaining clean and well-stocked facilities.

The day-to-day duties primarily involve physically handling the inventory by lifting, carrying, and transporting clean products into customer accounts and removing soiled products to be cleaned. This physically active role also requires occasional driving of a company-owned vehicle to complete multiple customer stops on a route. Most incumbents in this role work four days a week without weekend shifts, making it a desirable position for those seeking work-life balance alongside a structured and rewarding career path.

Successful candidates will meet Department of Transportation requirements for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds and will have the opportunity for advancement, ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development within the company. Cintas emphasizes a culture of teamwork and customer service orientation, looking for positive, organized, and ambitious individuals who are self-motivated and eager to contribute to team success. This role is ideal for those committed to working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, quality service, and operational excellence.

In addition to competitive pay, Cintas offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes multiple medical plan options with premiums below the national average, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, employee stock ownership plans, fully paid life, disability, and AD&D insurance, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for continuous skills development and career advancement. The company is proud to maintain an inclusive and supportive workplace and is an Equal Opportunity Employer, encouraging all qualified individuals to apply without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected classifications under law.
