The role of Assistant Route Service Sales Representative at Cintas is a full-time position with a regular employee status working primarily the first shift. This position serves a vital function within the Rental organization, supporting Cintas' aggressive growth plans through a route service that focuses on the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products. The Assistant Route Service Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent route service to a dedicated customer base, ensuring timely and efficient delivery and pick-up tasks.

This role requires physical activities including lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into customer's accounts, and removing soiled products. The individual will occasionally drive a company-owned vehicle to complete multiple customer stops throughout the day. Most Assistant Route Service Sales Representatives work four-day weeks with no weekend shifts, creating an excellent work-life balance. Compensation for this role ranges from approximately $19.29 to $23.63 per hour based on factors such as experience, skill set, and training.
