The role of Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) at Cintas offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization. This position is primarily responsible for providing route service to an established customer base by delivering and picking up uniforms and facility service products, such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary items. The RSSR plays a crucial part in maintaining the quality and presentation of Cintas's products by ensuring clean items are delivered and soiled items are collected in a timely and professional manner.

This role involves physical activities, including lifting, carrying, and walking products in and out of customer accounts, as well as driving a company-owned vehicle to various customer locations throughout the day. The majority of RSSRs work a four-day week without weekend shifts, providing a good work-life balance. The Assistant RSSR position is a full-time role, falling under the Rental organization and operating on the first shift. The estimated base salary range for this position is $18.90 to $23.63 per hour, reflecting factors such as skills, experience, and training.
