Cintas is currently seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) to join their team within their Rental organization. This position is full-time, working primarily first shift, and is a regular employee status role. The RSSR will provide essential route service to a designated customer base through the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products. These products include floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other related ancillary items. The role requires physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into customer premises and removing soiled items. Additionally, the RSSR will occasionally drive a company-owned vehicle across multiple customer stops during their workday. The majority of RSSRs work a four-day week with no weekend shifts, offering an attractive work-life balance.

The position requires compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for driving a regulated vehicle exceeding 10,000 lbs. This entails having a valid driver's license, being at least 21 years old, securing DOT medical certification, and providing previous employment documentation as required. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to meet the physical demands of the position and possess a high school diploma, GED, or military service background. A strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, teamwork capability, positive attitude, ambition, organization, and a service-driven spirit are key attributes for success in this role.
