Candidates who thrive in this role are customer-focused, driven, and prepared to meet physical demands while delivering consistent, high-quality service. The company provides competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance with below-average premiums, and multiple medical plan options, one of which is provided at no cost. Additional benefits such as a 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), paid time off, holidays, disability, life, and AD&D insurance fully paid by the company further emphasize Cintas' dedication to employee well-being and growth.
