The role of Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) at Cintas is a vital position within the Rental organization. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by managing route-based delivery and pick-up of essential uniform and facility service products including floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products. RSSRs play a direct role in customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate service on a consistent schedule. The position is full-time with a first shift schedule, offering a rewarding career path without weekend work, with a typical workweek of four days.
In this role, the Assistant Route Service Sales Representative must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and walking products into and out of customer locations. The position also includes driving a company-owned vehicle safely to multiple customer stops daily. Candidates are required to meet stringent Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations related to vehicle operation and must maintain an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment. A high school diploma, GED, or military service is required, along with a strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude characterized by ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Job Duties
- Provide route service to a set customer base including pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility service products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies and other ancillary products
- Lift, carry and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts
- Drive a company-owned vehicle safely to and from multiple customer stops throughout the day
- Comply with Department of Transportation regulations including maintaining an active driver's license and obtaining required medical certifications
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and maintain positive customer relationships
- Work as part of a team to meet service goals and delivery schedules
- Maintain organization and service spirit while adhering to safety and operational policies
