The company is powered by its dedicated people, fostering a culture built on mutual respect, continuous improvement, and a shared passion for excellence. Four Seasons places a strong emphasis on creating a world-class employee experience and company culture as the foundation for delivering luxury experiences to guests, residents, and partners alike.

The Four Seasons Hotel Austin embodies this commitment to luxury and genuine service amid the vibrant cultural backdrop of the city. Located on the banks of Lady Bird Lake right in the heart of downtown Austin, this hotel offers a serene lakeside retreat with 286 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, two award-winning dining venues—Ciclo and Live Oak—a luxurious spa, and expansive event space totaling over 17,000 square feet. As one of Austin's first and longest-standing luxury hotels, Four Seasons Hotel Austin is cherished by guests for its legendary hospitality, well-appointed accommodations, and dynamic offerings that evolve with the seasons.

The role of Assistant Room Service Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Austin offers an exciting opportunity to join the Food and Beverage team in delivering outstanding in-room dining experiences. This role is fundamental to maintaining and exceeding the hotel’s high standards of guest service. It requires a proactive individual who can lead by example, collaborate effectively with a team, and oversee daily operations. The Assistant Room Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each guest’s dining experience is seamless, enjoyable, and reflective of Four Seasons’ renowned service philosophy.

This position involves the supervision, development, and training of room service staff to uphold exemplary service standards and operational excellence. Candidates must be passionate about food and beverage service, bring knowledge of industry best practices, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. The position demands flexibility since the hotel operates around the clock, requiring availability for various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes teamwork, respect, and cooperation among staff, aligning with the company’s Golden Rule culture.

The successful candidate will have opportunities for career growth within Four Seasons and enjoy a generous benefits package, including complimentary health insurance, employee meals, room stays, uniform care, and more. Four Seasons is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
