Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to manage staff schedules
  • Knowledge of hotel operational procedures

  • Ability to analyze operational and financial reports

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area

Job Duties

  • Open and close Front Desk and Housekeeping shifts ensuring completion of assigned tasks
  • Run and review critical room operations reports
  • Understand functions of Recreation, Laundry, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, AYS, Front Desk and Concierge/Guest Services
  • Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
