The role in focus is an entry-level management position designed to assist in the daily operations of Restaurants, Bars, and Room Service within the hotel. This position is integral to maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency, particularly during peak meal periods. Duties include assisting with menu planning, ensuring sanitation standards are upheld, supporting servers and hosts on the floor, and supervising departmental activities where applicable. The role involves active engagement in both guest and employee satisfaction, requiring a balance between delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining budgetary constraints. The candidate will be accountable for ensuring compliance with operational standards and legal obligations, including monitoring alcohol service and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in food and beverage or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • 1 year experience in food and beverage or related area
  • ability to supervise staff
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • legal right to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 1 year experience

Job Duties
