The Applebee's Assistant Manager role is a dynamic position where leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for guest satisfaction converge. This role demands a hands-on leader who can effectively manage daily restaurant operations, inspire and develop their team, and ensure that every guest receives timely, friendly service aligned with Applebee's quality standards. The Assistant Manager will be directly involved with a wide array of responsibilities, from inventory and cost control to recruiting and training team members. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations are key aspects of the role. The position requires prompt and professional handling of guest feedback and operational support such as line checks and accurate paperwork. To meet the demands of the restaurant environment, the Assistant Manager will also demonstrate flexibility by stepping in to assist with various tasks, including cooking, bartending, and greeting guests.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, complemented by bonus opportunities.   • valid driver's license
  • ability to work in person at restaurant location
