Job Requirements

- 2 or more years of full service upscale restaurant or retail management experience
- valid food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
- strong communication skills

- support the success of the unit by maintaining customer satisfaction, adhering to company procedures, and optimizing productivity and cost control
- ensure compliance with food handling regulations and company policies
- facilitate a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs
- mentor and develop team members for career growth
- oversee daily operations to maintain high service standards
