Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • prior food and beverage supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • prior experience in Pan Asian restaurant operations preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • prior food and beverage experience including supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • prior experience leading daily operations within a Pan Asian style restaurant preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams

Job Duties

  • Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage
  • supervise dining room service during operational hours
  • conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records
  • collaborate with the chef regarding food service and menu plans
  • maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs
  • order supplies and manage inventory effectively
  • inspect food quality and freshness from support departments
  • directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations
