Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- at least 2 years of relevant experience
- prior food and beverage supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- prior experience in Pan Asian restaurant operations preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- at least 2 years of prior relevant experience
- prior food and beverage experience including supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- prior experience leading daily operations within a Pan Asian style restaurant preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to collaborate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams
Job Duties
- Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage
- supervise dining room service during operational hours
- conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records
- collaborate with the chef regarding food service and menu plans
- maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs
- order supplies and manage inventory effectively
- inspect food quality and freshness from support departments
- directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations
