Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Prior food and beverage experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • Availability to work night shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Prior experience leading daily operations within a Pan Asian style type of restaurant preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage
  • Supervise dining room service during operational hours
  • Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records
  • Collaborate with the chef regarding food service and menu plans
  • Maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs
  • Order supplies and manage inventory effectively
  • Inspect food quality and freshness from support departments
  • Directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations
